After many years battling depression, terrified to ask for help, and not trusting anyone, I hit rock bottom. I couldn't imagine a future for myself. A month later, Monica and I connected at a retreat. Meeting her was no accident, I just needed to trust and surrender. Shortly after, we began weekly sessions that naturally led us down the path of our mentorship journey.

Each session has been different and just what I’ve needed at the time. With Monica, I have laughed, cried, processed grief and other feelings that I didn't realize I still had within me. All of this wouldn't have been possible without the loving and judgment free space she has held for me.
